The busy holiday season is upon us. This is the time of year we all feel more stress, anxiety and even depression. Remember to take care of yourself, even if its just a few minutes a day, it can make a world of difference. Take advantage of the free apps on relaxation, mindfulness and stress reduction meditation. They help me relax and even sleep at night. Lavender oil is great for relaxation as well. Always check with your doctor before applying anything new to your body. Have a great week everyone!!
