It is that time of year when depression can hit hard for some folks. Seasonal depression is a real thing and there are ways to lessen the effects of depression during this time. Some simple steps are:
Deep breathing Distraction Engage in preferred activities as much as possible Keep busy Seek therapy Take medication as prescribed Connect with all support persons Join support group and/or spiritual guidance We wish you a very happy holiday season.
