Fall is here-winter is coming
It is that time of year when depression can hit hard for some folks. Seasonal depression is a real thing and there are ways to lessen the effects of depression during this time. Some simple steps are:
Engage in preferred activities as much as possible
Take medication as prescribed
Connect with all support persons
Join support group and/or spiritual guidance
