LeeAnn Lewis
As a mental health therapist with a passion for empowering individuals, my practice is centered on helping clients build confidence and reclaim their sense of self. I believe that every person carries innate strength and resilience, but often, life's challenges—whether from personal trauma, societal expectations, or self-doubt—can cloud that inner power. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where my clients can feel heard, validated, and equipped to confront these barriers. Throughout my career, I have worked primarily with individual adults from diverse backgrounds, guiding them through journeys of healing and self-discovery.

I utilize an integrative approach combining cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy to help my clients understand their emotions, challenge negative beliefs, and develop practical strategies for positive change. I have a degree in clinical social work, am a registered yoga teacher 200, and am a level II clinical trauma professional.

Starting psychotherapy can be challenging but life-changing. I look forward to continuing this meaningful work and supporting my clients as they step into their strengths and achieve their goals.
